On August 17th-23th 2015 Surprise staff working in Indonesia came to Surprise located in Wuxi to have a technical training, which is mainly about safety learning and electric control system, and finding answers to mechanical difficult problems during the service process.







With modest and willing to learn, they ask whatever they do not understand, and install critical parts in electrical workshop and assembly workshop. By doing this, they have intuitive understanding and control on actual construction of Surprise air-jet looms, thus many maintained problems are solved.

The successful training provides a good model for Surprise products’ (Surprise air-jet looms) overseas after-sales service and staff training in the future.
